呼吸(と窒息状態)が具体的に体のどの部分をどう動かしてるのか？ということを考察するページ。 随時更新。 ・呼吸と骨盤 吸気時には横隔膜が下がるので内臓が下に押しやられ、その分骨盤も押し下げられるので少し開く。 呼気時には横隔膜が上がるので内臓も上に上がっていき、骨盤も元に戻る。 鼻と口を塞いでやると、 吸気性: 横隔膜が下がるが肺に空気を入れられないので胸郭は横に広がる(動画で見たことあるけどめちゃくちゃ痛そう) 努力呼吸時に使われるのは胸鎖乳突筋、肋間筋その他 胸鎖乳突筋が無理やり息を吸おうと動くので首筋が隆起する 呼気性: 横隔膜が上がるが空気を吐けないので息は口の中、首、胸で詰まる。 努力呼吸時には腹直筋が稼働し横隔膜を押し上げる(これが俗に言うコントラクション) さらに窒息が進むと肋間筋も不随意運動を始めて胴全体が波打つように緊張と弛緩を繰り返す?(要検証)
